This page outlines how we deliver your order and the options available for collection. We aim to provide a clear, reliable, and secure experience.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link as soon as the parcel leaves our facility.
  • During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Options

Standard Delivery

  • Cost: Free worldwide standard delivery (unless stated otherwise at checkout).
  • Estimated times: US/CA 7–12 business days · UK/EU 7–14 · AU/NZ 10–15 · Rest of World 10–20.
  • Times are estimates and may vary by carrier and destination.

Express Delivery

  • Cost: Calculated at checkout (where available).
  • Estimated times: Typically 3–7 business days depending on region and service.
  • Some remote or PO Box addresses may be ineligible for express services.

Delivery estimates exclude order processing time and customs clearance (if applicable).

Store Pickup / Collection

We offer a convenient Click & Collect option where supported.

  • Hours: [Mon–Fri 10:00–18:00; Sat 10:00–16:00; Sun Closed]
  • Ready for pickup email: Wait for the “Ready for Collection” notification before visiting.
  • ID & order number: Please bring a photo ID and your order number. For third-party pickup, provide a signed authorization and the collector’s ID.
  • Holding period: We hold orders for [7–10] days from the ready date before returning to stock.

If you do not operate a physical pickup point, replace this section with: “Local pickup is currently unavailable.”

Tracking & Notifications

  • All dispatched orders include a tracking number shared via email/SMS (if provided).
  • Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after label creation.
  • For multi-item orders, items may ship separately with different tracking numbers.

Address & Delivery Rules

  • Please ensure your address and contact details are accurate at checkout.
  • We cannot reroute parcels once shipped. For changes, contact support before dispatch.
  • Some carriers may require a signature on delivery; if unavailable, a re-delivery or pickup notice will be left.
  • PO Boxes, military addresses, and remote locations may have limited service or longer transit times.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International shipments may be subject to customs fees or import taxes set by your country.
  • These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
  • Delays caused by customs are outside our control and are not included in delivery estimates.

Missed, Delayed & Lost Deliveries

  • If your parcel is delayed beyond the estimate, please contact us with your order number and tracking link.
  • For “Delivered” scans where you did not receive the parcel, check with household members/neighbours and your local depot first.
  • Suspected loss or damage must be reported within 7 days of the expected or delivered date so we can file a claim with the carrier.
