Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards and selected digital wallets (availability varies by region). All payments are processed securely at checkout.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We begin processing quickly. If you need a change, email support@evanvias.com with your order number ASAP. If the order has shipped, we can assist with a return after delivery.
Why was my payment declined?
Common reasons include bank security checks, mismatched billing details, or insufficient funds. Please verify your information or contact your bank and try again. You can also attempt another payment method.
Do you charge in USD or local currency?
Prices display in your selected currency where available; final charges may settle in USD depending on your payment provider. Any conversion fees are set by your bank.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Estimated transit times: US/CA 7–12 business days · UK/EU 7–14 · AU/NZ 10–15 · Rest of World 10–20. These exclude 1–3 business days for processing and any customs delays. See our Delivery & Collection page for details.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes, where available. Express rates and timelines show at checkout based on destination and carrier.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after label creation.
Will I pay customs duties or taxes?
International orders may incur import duties, taxes, or fees set by your country. These are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in product prices unless otherwise stated.
What if my package is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but missing?
Please check with household members/neighbours and your local depot first. If still unresolved, contact us within 7 days of the expected or delivered date with your order number and tracking link so we can investigate with the carrier.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return window?
Returns are accepted within the timeframe stated in our Return Policy from the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging.
How do I start a return or exchange?

Are there items that cannot be returned?
Final sale items, gift cards, and certain accessories may be non-returnable unless faulty. See product pages and the Return Policy for specific exclusions.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank (typically 3–10 business days).

How do I find my size?
Refer to our Size Guide for measurements and conversions. If you’re between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for comfort unless the item is noted as relaxed/oversized.
Do you offer plus sizes?

Where can I see the model’s size and measurements?

How should I care for my garment?
Follow the garment care label. In general, wash cold, gentle cycle, and line dry to extend longevity and maintain shape/color.
Will a restocked item be identical to the previous batch?
We strive for consistency, though minor differences can occur due to fabric dye lots or manufacturing runs. Fit notes will indicate any meaningful updates.

Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest. Creating an account helps track orders and saves preferences for faster checkout.
